The next game is one I did not attend but I saved the cutting in tribute to the late, great Peter Snape, league cricket correspondent of the Yorkshire Post, who could write entertaining articles on the dullest of football or rugby league encounters during the winter months.
This is Peter at his best, a game with very little to write home about, but he brings it to life in his own very special style.
